Review following our EN9100 and ISO 9001 certifications

Less than a year ago, we announced a key milestone for FLYING WHALES: obtaining our EN9100 and ISO 9001 certifications.

This marked an initial recognition that FLYING WHALES’ management system meets the highest standards of the aerospace industry, and the starting point of a continuous improvement journey.

Since then, this work has continued on a daily basis. Our recent EN9100 surveillance audit, conducted by LRQA, gave many of our team members the opportunity to demonstrate the effective implementation of our processes in the development of the LCA60T and in supporting FLYING WHALES’ growth: no non-conformities were identified!

We are therefore maintaining our EN9100 and ISO 9001 certifications for the following scope: “Design and development of airships and their associated systems.”

A result that confirms the robustness of our Quality Management System and the collective commitment to maintaining a high level of standards.
