Get on board

to build the future

Passionate men and women

Revolutionising cargo transport by creating a new ecosystem is an extraordinary adventure. A major industrial project requires a strong commitment and a shared vision. Working to build something over the long term that is beyond us is one of the most powerful engines of professional and personal fulfilment.

A team

driven by

the same values

Our workforce will grow to 202 this year. 200 people driven by a love of aeronautics, advanced engineering or by the desire to make a contribution to the decarbonisation of the world.  Shared values are the key to success and the recipe for creating a virtuous work environment for all and a sustainable company.

FLYING WHALES is a diverse and inclusive team. It is made up of profiles with varied professional backgrounds and more than ten nationalities that enrich our corporate culture.

and personal development

Training for each employee

Aware that training is a strong expectation of employees and the company, FLYING WHALES invests heavily so that everyone has access to training courses every year.

A place based on equality

The internal working group WEBE (Workplace Environment Based on Equality) supports the management on issues relating to parity, inclusion, prevention of harassment and parenthood.

Company agreements for everyone's wellbeing

Example: 2 days of telework per week, at the initiative of each individual

What jobs

for the future?

By 2030, we plan to create 3,000 additional positions to design, manufacture and operate the LCA60T solution. These opportunities will cover all skill levels and will be available internationally through deployment on five continents, starting with Europe, North America and Asia.

The first LCA60T final assembly line in Laruscade, in the Bordeaux region (France), will alone represent the creation of 200 to 300 direct jobs in production and production support.

“We are committed to creating an environment where we all have equal opportunity and equal treatment.”
