Another milestone for our global airship professions school

A decisive milestone for our world’s first airship professions school.

FLYING WHALES SERVICES and the Syndicat Mixte pour l’Aérodrome Départemental (SMAD) have officially signed an agreement to structure a comprehensive skills pipeline dedicated to airship professions.

The arrival of the training airship, expected by this summer, followed by the preparation of the teaching team, will enable us to welcome the first cohort in 2027.

In the long term, this project will significantly contribute to local economic development, with the creation of several hundred jobs in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
