FLYING WHALES has been awarded the STEP Seal (Strategic Technologies for Europe Platform Seal), a distinction granted to projects that help strengthen the resilience of European industrial and logistics capabilities, reduce critical strategic dependencies, and support the EU’s competitiveness.

This label highlights the innovative nature of our air transport solution, which integrates a hybrid-electric propulsion system and an industrial approach aligned with decarbonization challenges.

It thus recognizes our company’s commitment in line with the objectives of the European Green Deal and the Net-Zero Industry Act.

The LCA60T paves the way for a new generation of European technologies, reusable for future aircraft and serving sustainable and sovereign industrial capabilities.
